Our team has independently developed two major series of cold rolling tube machines, namely LG (two-roll) and LD (multi-roll), with over 30 different specifications and models. Annealing Process: We use annealing furnaces to soften the material and improve its ductility, enhancing the material's intrinsic quality and processing performance fundamentally. This ensures our cold rolling pipe mills have a longer service life and stable production performance.
Surface Treatment: The shot blasting machine removes surface contaminants including scale, sand, slag, rust, and old paint from castings, forgings, and welded components. It significantly enhances the reliability and service life of the equipment.
With nearly 40 years of experience in research, development, and manufacturing of cold rolling tube machines, our facility covers an area of over 20,000 square meters. We utilize modern production facilities including CNC gantry machining centers, CNC horizontal milling and boring machines, laser cutting machines, and automated roller conveyor type shot blasting machines.
