What are your company's main products?
Our company is specialized in all kinds of rotational moulds and rotational products.
What is your delivery date?
Moulds typically take at least 35 days. Plastic goods depend on quantity: 1-2 containers take 25-45 days, while stocked items can be delivered within 10 days.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Westion Union, and L/C. Usually 50% deposit in advance, with the balance arranged before shipment or after sample testing.
What information is needed for a quotation?
For moulds, please provide a 3D design drawing, sample, or pictures. For products, we can recommend existing relevant details.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, if you decide to make a new mould in our factory, we can offer one piece sample for free (freight collected).
How do I place an order?
The process involves: Sign contract -> Pay deposit -> Production -> Arrange balance -> Delivery.
