The LDS series Multi-effect water distiller is a specialized generation equipment for water for injection (WFI). It utilizes purified water as raw material and is heated by industrial steam. The water produced meets the stringent WFI requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP2020), United States Pharmacopoeia (USP43), and European Pharmacopoeia (EP10).
Raw water is pressurized and passes through a series of preheaters and condensers. In the evaporator, it is sprayed in a falling film status and heated by industrial steam. The resulting secondary steam undergoes multi-stage separation to ensure purity before condensing into Water for Injection. The system includes online conductivity testing to ensure only qualified distilled water is collected.
A: The output water meets the WFI requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP2020), United States Pharmacopoeia (USP43), and European Pharmacopoeia (EP10).
Q2: What materials are used in the system construction?A: All parts in contact with raw water, WFI, and secondary pure steam are made of high-quality SS316L stainless steel.
Q3: How does the system achieve energy saving?A: By using multi-effect evaporation where secondary steam is used step-by-step. Our five-effect and six-effect models drastically reduce industrial steam and cooling water usage.
Q4: What is the warranty period for this equipment?A: The warranty period for the main equipment, storage tanks, accessories, and auxiliary equipment is 1 year.
Q5: Is technical support available for installation?A: Yes, we provide both on-site engineering support for commissioning and maintenance, as well as comprehensive online technical services.
Q6: How is the system controlled?A: The system utilizes a Siemens PLC and HMI for fully automatic operation, featuring multiple communication modes and security authority levels.
