Heptafluthrin is a light yellow liquid. It is a pyrethroid insecticide and is a soil insecticide, which can well control Coleoptera, Lepidoptera and some Diptera pests that inhabit the soil. At 12~150g(a.i.)/ha, it can control the soil pests such as pumpkin twelve star beetle, golden needle beetle, flea beetle, scarab beetle, beet cryptophagous beetle, cutworm, corn borer, Swedish wheat straw fly and so on. Granules and liquids are used for corn and sugar beets.
