Mainly fitted with large-size motor fans (diameter above 710mm) to meet high refrigeration capacity requirements for large cold stores.
1. Enclosure: High-quality galvanized steel plate with powder coating (silver gray RAL9006). Features hinged side plates and outer water tray for easy operation.
2. Protection: Heat exchanger side sheets supported by aluminum plates to prevent copper tube contact with steel.
3. Double Drain Trays: Angular outer tray for smooth drainage and aluminum inner sink for direct condensate discharge.
4. Coil Design: 50 X 50 mm aligned tube pattern for high heat transfer and slow frosting.
5. Fins: Hydrophilic corrugated aluminum foil with spacing options (4.0mm to 12.0mm).
6. Fan System: 6-pole external rotor fans (φ710, φ800, φ910) for diverse choices.
7. Defrosting: Standard electric defrosting via stainless steel tubes; steam defrosting optional.
8. Reliability: IP65 waterproof junction boxes; separate wiring for fans and heating pipes; 23bar strict pressure test.
