This is a universal electrofusion machine suitable for welding pipes and fittings for the transport of gas, water, and fire sprinkler systems (HDPE, PP, PP-R couplings from 8 to 48 V). Built in compliance with international standards, the structure is lightweight and extremely portable. Available with or without a laser scanner.

The FYEFM200 utilizes advanced PID control technology for stable and reliable output. Featuring a large LCD interface, it supports English, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese languages. It is a multipurpose device capable of connecting any brand of HDPE, PP, or PP-R couplers available on the market.

Error #1-24: Barcode parsing error. (Check with coupler supplier)

Error #25: Not a welding barcode. (Rescan correct code)

Error #31-34: Output voltage/current out of range. (Check parameters or fittings)

Error #37: Load short circuit. (Check fitting or cable)

Error #38: Unconnected load. (Check cable connection)

Error #41-43: Temperature/Transformer overheat. (Wait for cooling)

Error #51-53: Power source voltage/frequency error.
